Hansen's Tree Service & Environmental Resources

We have use Hansens four times before this incident and recommended them to friends and family one of which over $10,000. But this time very disappointed. We had two trees that were leaning so I received an estimate but a couple of days later they actually fell after a storm. I called Hanson again, expecting that the bits would go be reduced but instead they went up! I can understand the tree that was leaning on the house, but not the one that was down and free and smaller. Total estimate was about $5000. I had them do it and agreed that they could leave part of the tree on the other side of the fence as they’ve done previously, but what they left This time was way too much. I called him again and after back-and-forth, they agreed to come and remove Some of the debris. I asked them if they could remove some small honeysuckles while they were there and they gave me a bid over $200 (I thought they might do this as a service For the inconvenience). I decided to do it myself. Several weeks later, they finally came and removed some debris (I assume it was them because I never saw or received a phone call) . In removing the Debris they had to lower the fence that I had temporarily fixed

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dreyer Karl and his company. We paid thousands of dollars for emergency tree removal and roof protection after a tree fell on our house and car. The tarp they installed was done incorrectly and came off, leaving large holes in the roof completely exposed to the weather. When I called Dreyer Karl to let him know about the situation, he first told me he would send someone to fix it. Then only 15 minutes later, he called back and said nobody was coming and that we should find another company to handle it ourselves. That is completely unacceptable after taking our money for a job that was never properly completed. On top of that, they also left a huge tree stump sitting in my backyard instead of fully finishing the cleanup. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone dealing with storm or tree damage

Hansen’s did a wonderful job removing a stump and debris from a fallen tree. They came out on a Wednesday and gave us a bid and the work was completed within a week. They were very professional and did a great clean-up job. I would highly recommend this company for their services

Hansen crew arrived on time, they were efficient and did a fantastic job of cutting down our huge maple tree in our back yard. They cleaned everything up so we'll, I swear my yard was cleaner when they left than when the arrived. Lol Would highly recommend for any future jobs.

Hansen’s tree trimming crew did an outstanding job of removing and cleaning up two dead ash trees , each over 80’ tall! The two guys doing the trimming were incredibly skilled, safely dropping these trees from the top down in close proximity to power lines. I would recommend Hansen’s Tree Service to anyone that wants a big problem taken care of at a fair price! Mike A
